Convention, College Officer Training School, Regional Meetings

Sigma Kappa national conventions are held in the even numbered years. College Officer Training School (COTS) is held in the odd numbered years. Regional and state conferences are also held in the odd numbered years. These meetings serve as continuing resources for new materials and continuing education for collegiate and alumnae chapter members and officers.

Leadership Development Workshops

Sigma Kappa field consultants conduct leadership

workshops for chapter officers. These workshops are conducted during field consultant visits. The workshops include topics such as: time management; basic organization; team building exercises; national policies, and rules.

Other specialized training seminars are conducted at various times throughout the year and in varying regions of the country. These can focus on any range of topics including: finance, scholarship, ritual, and risk management.
