What kind of attendee am I? How do we determine this? Alumnae members and alumnae chapters: For every ten (10) members of your alumnae chapter, you can send one voting delegate. Only one member can be the 1st, 2nd and 3rd delegate, so make sure you discuss this prior to registering with the others who are traveling to convention. If more than one member registers as the 1st delegate, national headquarters will select one registrant to serve in that capacity. All other alumnae members, dues paying members to an alumnae chapter or not, should register as alumnae visitors when registering.
Collegiate chapters: Your chapter should vote to determine who the two delegates are. Only one member can serve as the first or second delegate, so make this decision prior to registering. Refer to the registration book or to your allowance letter for more information. All other collegians attending should designate themselves as collegiate visitors when registering.
Advisory Board/Corporation Board/Property Committee: Only one member of each board/committee can serve as the delegate. All others should register as alumnae visitors when registering.
National Officers: Select the national officer option unless your position is otherwise noted under the registration options. If you are receiving an allowance, please do not register prior to receiving your letter. |
| My family wants to enjoy the Orlando
area and all the attractions, so they will be traveling with me. How
does this work for registration? All members who are traveling and utilizing Sigma Kappa hotel rooms
MUST register. They do not need to pay a registration fee if not
attending sessions, but for security purposes, we must have their name
if utilizing hotel rooms. Upon registering, please register them and
select the appropriate registration options.
If you would like
your family to stay in your room and have more than two individuals,
please contact Angie Naniot Ahrens, director of events, at
aahrens@sigmakappa.org or 317-381-5511 and she’ll be happy to walk you
through that process to ensure you and your family are taken care of.

Before registering….
- Have your flight information available.
If purchasing Sigma Kappa ground transportation, you’ll need to enter
that information when registering.
- Check out the menus to see what your options are. This will help you determine
if you would like the main or vegetarian entrée.
- If you are
registering multiple people, be sure to have all their personal
information, including emergency contact information (phone,
relationship, etc.) prior to registering.
- Have your payment
information available, whether you are paying by a check or credit
card. Your registration will not be complete until payment has been
received.

I’ve completed my registration, now what?
- Print off the
confirmation email. Keep the email for your file, or if mailing a
chapter check, include these in the envelope to ensure the correct
amount is being applied to your chapter.
